2. Leadership and Commitment
Management Involvement: Our leadership team actively participates in HSSE initiatives, setting and upholding our HSSE objectives. Regular inspections, site visits, and “HSSE Walk Arounds” are part of our leadership’s commitment to compliance and fostering a safe work culture.
HSSE Policy Communication: All employees and contractors are kept informed about our HSSE policy, updates, and procedures through regular briefings and documented communication channels.
3. Organizational Responsibility and Communication
HSSE Responsibilities: HSSE responsibilities are documented at all organizational levels, with line managers accountable for policy adherence across all operations.
Safety Representation: Appointed safety representatives monitor adherence to statutory safety rules, manage compliance processes, and engage with employees to promote a safety-first mindset.
4. Employee Competency and Training
Training Program: We provide comprehensive HSSE training to all employees, including specialized training for managers and supervisors. All training sessions are documented, and records are updated to ensure ongoing competency.
Induction for New Employees: A mandatory HSSE induction program covers safety practices, specific job hazards, and emergency procedures, equipping new employees with knowledge to work safely from day one.
